Venicius Silva
Co-founder & COO
Two decades in enterprise IT, building and operating data systems for some of the largest companies in Germany. For the past 7 years, Venicius has been a full-time retail and proprietary trader, navigating multiple brokers, prop-firm challenges, and live capital across forex, indices, and metals.
He brings the rarest combination in fintech: an enterprise-data operator who has personally felt every friction point that retail traders, brokers, and prop firms create for each other. At Traders Assurance he leads operations, broker partnerships, and the trader-experience side of the platform.
Murilo Miranda
Co-founder & CTO
Award-winning contributor to the global data community, with deep engineering experience at multiple enterprises across 3 continents. Murilo has spent his career designing planetary-scale data platforms, distributed systems, and the analytics pipelines that turn raw telemetry into decisions.
Also an active trader, his focus at Traders Assurance is on the data and AI core: ingesting trillions of events, certifying their integrity, and turning them into the intelligence graph that powers every ranking, certification, and AI insight on the platform.
